The cultural space "shade" is a place where you can enjoy the natural Jeju forest in a panorama. The wooden gable roof not only provides a beautiful "shade" space where you can enjoy nature 100%, but also turns into a space for various purposes by closing the curtains.

문화공간 '그늘'은 자연 그대로의 제주 숲을 파노라마로 즐길 수 있는 복합시설입니다. 마치 떠 있는 듯한 목조 박공 지붕은 자연을 100% 즐길 수 있는 아름다운 '그늘' 공간을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 커튼을 드리움으로써 영화 감상 등 다양한 용도의 공간으로도 탈바꿈합니다.

Shade space
The eaves provide natural shade. As if it had been here for decades, the building casts shade on the volcanic stones of Jeju Island, while creating a variety of spaces and faces.
그늘 공간
처마공간은 자연스럽게 그늘을 제공합니다. 마치 수십년동안 이 곳에 있었던 것처럼, 건물은 제주도 화산석 위에 그늘을 드리우며, 다양한 공간과 얼굴을 만들어냅니다.

Curtain wall
The building communicates with nature through transparent glass wall, and Jeju shade space creates another sense of enclosed space by closing curtains. Through this, it becomes a space that accepts various demands such as bar & theater.
커튼월
투명한 유리를 통해 자연과 교감할 때도 있지만, 이 제주의 그늘 공간은 커튼을 통해 외부와 단절된 또 다른 공간감을 만들어 냅니다. 이를 통해 때론 '바'로, 때론 '영화 및 음악감상' 등의 다양한 요구를 받아드리는 공간이 됩니다.
